Northwest Montessori School Inc Tualatin

We have had two children at this school full time, one currently. It is an excellent school with two dedicated and caring teachers, both long-time Montessori professionals. The children get lots of personal attention. Our older child had learning challenges that the staff competently addressed and his success in kindergarten I attribute to their consistent work with him. The facility is in a strip mall, which is a little strange at first, but there is a nice play area behind the school in a private setting. Highway access is less than 1/2 mile away. The school itself is clean and orderly, and full of the creative things one expects from a Montessori school. The school has great extended hours which make the full-time price a bargain. The summer "camp" program offers theme weeks that the teachers go all out for, with lots of fun and creative activities. There are also lots of special programs throughout the year that showcase the children's work. We have been very pleased with this school and highly recommend it.
