Paula Smith: My husband and I moved to Altoona in 2008 with our daughter. Harbor house was recommended by one of our neighbors. I was nervous because this was the first time my four year old daughter would be in an academic setting. I am very pleased with the education my daughter has received from Harbor House. The teachers are EXCELLENT! Parents receive weekly lesson plans so learning is reinforced at home. The staff treats all the students the same. My daughter had an episode of being fearful of the outdoors (bugs).She would cry outside if she saw anything she thought was flying near her. When I approach the director (Georgette) about it, she had already read 20 articles on the topic! My daughter was cured in 2 days and is not afraid anymore!!! I highly recommend Harbor House for any student!
