Commonwealth Connections Academy Charter School Reviews
The staff and teachers are competent, helpful, and friendly. The curriculum offers students various learning tools and opportunities. The school provides social interaction opportunities through Live Lessons with teachers and fellow classmates, Clubs, and myriad field trips. The amount of work required is reasonable. This will be our 3rd year with CCA and he continues to thrive and excel! I would highly recommend CCA.
I love this school because it allows me to homeschool and have teacher support. My kid is getting all A's on everything and loves doing his school work. I love the curriculum and the supplies are always right on target to make it easy to teach. When I have difficulty in an assignment that I am teaching, the base teacher is excellent at helping me and my kid overcome it. So glad I made the decision to use them. Definately a 100% thumbs up to this school and all their staff. They have so many field trips and activity days. Beginning and end of school year picnics. Awesome time all the way around.
When my son was in 1st grade at a brick and mortar school, he had a terrifying experience that would shape the way he felt about learning. He came home with bruises after being bullied. The school did nothing. After that day, my son hated school and I worried about my son’s safety. To me, that is not how a child’s learning experience should go. Then, we joined Commonwealth Connections Academy (CCA) while researching online public schools on the internet. We were impressed by the various clubs and activities, numerous field trips, and wide array of elective courses. Not once, have I regretted our decision to enroll with Connections Academy. They have truly been a blessing in our lives. My timid son has come out of his shell and looks forward to visiting friends during field trips. He is excelling! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When I requested testing for learning disabilities, my request was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, I knew they had my son’s best interests at heart! I have also found the teachers to be accessible and quick to respond to questions. It is the professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to their students and ensuring that the students have the tools they need to learn and grow that continues to keep us with CCA. Thank you, CCA for your dedication to quality education that allows children to soar! We look forward to the years ahead as we continue to be a part of the CCA family!
CCA has great curriculum and supportive certified teachers.
They provide many opportunities for social outings weekly.
CCA is a great vitual choice for families/ students to receive an excellent education outside of the traditional school setting.
Three of my children used this great online charter school. The teachers we had were all very supportive of our children and personally cared about their educational needs. A parent has access to all of the teachers, staff and administration throughout the day. The coursework is user friendly to the student and diverse in learning styles. Afterschool tutors are there to help with any subject material the student may be struggling to understand. There are many field trip opportunities to choose from all around the state as well as school clubs and activities. At the end of the year, a picnic was held for the day at an amusement park with all costs covered. This was a wonderful opportunity to meet these great teachers and say Thank you!
It is the best education I can give my child, about the PSSA test, she always tested advanced. We are proud parents of CCA.
