Terrible! They do NOT watch the children! Many children have cut each others hair without a teacher even knowing! The kids are forced to eat food that they do not like and are punished if they don't. The children are forced to take naps even if their parents request that they don't. Ugro was a big mistake for my family and we are happy to be out of there!

Love ugro! My daughter loves learning and excels in school because of Ms. Tracy.  My daughter had attended 2 other day cares before we moved to palmyra. The others do not compare.  It's amazing how much I learned from what she learned. She would come home from school and be so enthusiastic to teach me what she learned at ugro. I took my daughter out of hershey medical center's daycare where they actually charged 100 per month additionally for phonics.  No regrets here.  My daughter who is now six reads 200 page books!!!
