I agree with Diane P. The longevity, consistency of instruction and Christ-centered approach are why CFA is a cut above the rest. I have heard that CFA recently went through some rough times. due to conflict in the sponsoring church. This is one situation where I strongly support the separation of church and school! CFA has its own track record of integrity and experience. It is a school; not a church. God still has great things in store for CFA! I wish I had more children to send there and be blessed by this wonderful school!
I attended this school for 7 years and thought it was alright, I wish I had never attended. The staff is closed minded and shrouds students with fake senses of Christianity. Yes, Christ is present, but the level of hypocrisy that pervades the halls in stifling. There was little diversity in students and most didn't live the Christian lifestyles they claimed. If you need further proof of the failure of the school, I encourage you to check their marketing approach. A school should speak for itself with high enrollment and successful students, not a "bash-you-over-the-head" marketing approach. If you want a true education, please don't waste your time on CFA. God had great things in store for this school, it's a shame it's doing so poorly.
With a quiver full of children(5), I've been to a few different Christian schools... ONe was a start-up promising quick results and facility improvements... always a principal who could deliver a hopeful, positive, and upbeat message and a year down the road we'd find that message filled with positive emptiness. Kind of a waste.
I'm not picky, I just wanted what was best for my kids. I found it at Christian Fellowship Academy and High School. Christian! Christian! Christian! They take Jesus at His Word and emphasis Christ in their studies. My first child graduated high honor and I'm just very please with how the others are turning out! I highly recommend this school for their longevity, instruction, and Christ-based emphasis.
