Kindercare Learning Center 1089 Reviews

My family has had a number if bad experiences with this Kindercare location.  We have been repeatedly billed for activity and registration fees when the facility was not authorized to do so, and if fact told not to do so.  Despite telling the site manager not to register our child for the upcoming year, we were billed.  Despite our child not being present for any of the summer activities, we were billed for an activity fee.  Kindercare also owes us hundreds of dollars, and even with repeated requests has to date yet to refund our money.  It has been 4 weeks so far and I just found out it will be another 4-6 weeks.  The care is okay in our child's room, although I have seen employees screaming at little kids in other rooms.  Sometimes it seems there are too many children for the number of staff present.  When we drop off or pick up our child there is often a child screaming and crying somewhere by themselves in the room.  Just be careful when dealing with this organization.  Check for hidden/incorrect fees.  They will not tell you about their mistakes unless you catch them yourself.
