What is it?
The PSSA is an annual test used to measure a student's mastery of the state's grade-level academic standards. The PSSA also evaluated how well school programs enable students to master the standards.

Joyce Oliver: My daughter has been a student from Kindergarden. She is now in the 7th grade. I give this school high praises. They have teachers and staff members that really care for their students. They have a system in place to inform the parents of no school due to bad weather or if your child was absent for that day and you might not have know it. I like this school, because they lead by example. They, the teachers and other staff members also wear the school uniform. That's what I really like. It would be really great if they could have a high school built for those students that will be going to the 8th grade in Sept of 2011.
