Faith Christian Academy Reviews
This school is not for children of color
Faith Christian Academy is not for children of color. It is not a school if your child is different in any way... due to race or anything, because your child will be allowed to be bullied. My child told a child who has bullied her for 4 years to "shut up" and she was put in time out. I am in the process of moving my child to another school. When I spoke to the Administrator about this she said, "Well if you don't like the care that your child gets, you can always put her somewhere else." She has told me this on two separate occasions.
I have known of several bullying cases at this school. I have not had a problem with the teachers. If there was another school in the area that offered afterschool care, my child would not be going. The afterschool care is poorly monitored. The secretary at the front desk is not at all friendly. I wouldn't recommend this school to children of any race other than the majority of the race that attends the school. In my opinion, the school is terrible. I am working on getting my child out of here. It has turned me against "private schools".
FCA has very specific ideas for the of the FCA student. This obscures their view of contributions of others. Some teachers are highly qualified while others will require you to do a lot of work at home.
