Crosspoint Christian Academy Reviews
LOL @ the principal writing fake reviews. Four five-star reviews pop up on the exact same day just weeks after a negative one appears? Not suspicious at all.
This school is horrible. I learned nothing while I was here; my fellow classmates literally sat around all day talking with the teachers about nonsense. The lazy bums who ran this place and didn't want to shell out money for a janitor made us students clean toilets/bathrooms and do other sorts of maintenance chores during the school day when we should have been in class. When I went here, the pastor's daughter was about to get married in the connected church, and we spent a week or two spending all of our school days moving things around and cleaning the church to plan for it. I guess they wanted free labor? Somehow I think there are laws against this, but I digress...
On top of that, the students were mean-spirited bullies and so was the principal.
Not a real school, not a good school, don't waste your money.
This is my third year at this school and my sister and I love it. Everyone is very caring and nice. The teachers are so nice and they will sit and explain things to you until you understand. We don't have much homework at all. There is no peer pressure or bullying here. The classes are very small, so the teachers can work with kids one on one when they need to. I hope I can stay at this school for a long time.
Wonderful school with well qualified teachers and very good education curriculum. My children have been to several schools and this one has been the best by a long shot. My children have never been bullied or excluded here- which I cannot say for the other schools they went to. All of the teachers and other students have been very kind to them and they love it. The education is very good and they always have very high scores on the testing at the end of the year. The cost is extremely reasonable, also. In my opinion, this school is like homeschooling my kids, but I don't have to do it. They love it and we love it, too.
We love this school. We have been to Southside Christian, Mitchell Road Christian and this school, and this one is by far the best one we have sent our children to. Plus it's less than half the cost of the other two. Our kids have had no negative experiences in the three years they have been there. The teachers have loved them and the other kids have been kind and courteous to them. I have not had one bad thing happen while we were there. At the other schools, they learned curse words from other kids, were bullied and were in a public school environment and getting a sub par education. This school gives them practically one on one instruction and they have both scored at 95% or above on the standardized tests every single year that they have been there. It is not a fancy school, it doesn't offer every extra curricular activity that some of the bigger schools offer, but it is a much better environment and our girls absolutely love it. My husband did his research on it before we sent our children there, and all of the teachers are well qualified and the school is accredited by more than one recognized institution. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school!
I briefly attended this school and my family paid thousands of dollars that ended up not going towards an education, but rather towards sitting around for hours with unqualified teachers (with one exception), not learning, and being harassed by snobby "Christians" with elitist attitudes. I felt bullied by the students, teachers, and even the principal and her husband, the pastor, for not being a member of their church. I went to three Christian schools and this was by far the worst. I would not recommend it to anyone.
