Swtmoody: This school is absolutely wonderful!! The principal makes it a point to know all of the students and parents. When my daughter started at Dobys Mill - she was struggling with learning and we didn't know why - it was with this school's help - by putting a team in place to figure out what could be done to help my daughter - that we found out that she had ADHD and an Anxiety disorder as well as Sensory Integration Disorder. With medication, learning to do things differently and informing her teachers of this each year - she has now finished 2nd grade with making the A B Honor Roll for the year which is the 2nd year in a Row.
Everyone at the school cares for all of the students and parents. I wish we were still going to be living in Kershaw county so that my daughter could continue to go to this school.
