Break A Little girls heart, Way to GO LES!!!!!
I am a very upset parent! I have never posted a negative comment before but this is something I feel I have to do! My 5 year old daughter was expelled from the pre-k program last Thursday! She is an amazing student with a true passion for school. She loves to read and learn. I received the phone call from the school early Thursday morning stating that the following Friday would be her last day to excessive tardys! Knowing how devastated she would be I asked please do not punish my daughter for something she had no control over! There is nothing I can do stated Mrs.Fredrick Although this was her decision. Many of the tardys my daughter had was due to the fact that I signed in the computer and walked her to her classroom. Not once did anyone say anything to me about her possibly being expelled from the program. My daughters heart was broken into pieces she cried and cried. Her last day of school she had an accident in her pants.....Which never happens! It was her nerves....She knew this would be her last day to be in the classroom she loved so much. The last lessons she would receive from her teachers. The last day she would have with her friends..... How could you hurt a child like that. I picked her up and in the parking lot with crocodile tears coming down her Face, I tell her sweetheart this is not your fault its mommas!!! Im so sorry you had to go through this!!!
I hope the school feels sorrow for the pain you caused my daughter!!! This was not her fault! Her tardys could have been converted into absences or something. You were cold when you spoke to me. A phone call just to cover the policy would have been nice. The district office said you should have addressed this long before you did. The way you handled this was unprofessional and heartless....You should be ashamed!!! I don't know how you became a Principal but from what I have seen you don't deserve the position. Oh yes and by the way the extra day you GAVE ME to arrange for childcare was not needed. My daughter will be starting the Palmetto Childrens Academy in Rock Hill Monday. Her tears have eased up and she will still graduate her pre-k year the way she deserves to. Not with her teachers, or her classmates. I hope next time you come across this situation YOU WILL HANDLE IT THE CORRECT WAY, BREAKING CHILDRENS HEARTS, REMOVING THEM FROM SOMETHING THEY PUT 110% IN IS JUST NOT FAIR. especially to A 5 year old!!!!
