Ridge Christian Academy Reviews
My daughter attended Summerville High ( public school) with over 2300 students. She struggled academically. Summerville had alot to offer, but with the high amount of students, it was difficult for her to get involved in athletics and/or clubs. I was aware of the amount of fights that took place and the overcrowding. Thank God we found Ridge Christian Academy. My daughters grades improved, quality of friends improved, and her overall dispodsition improved. I am impressed with Ridges core values, cirriculum, teacher/student ratio, and the activities that they participate in at the school. I find it refreshing to know the administration sets rules in place, and actually enforces them. I found the teachers to be delightful and willing to go the " extra mile" for their students.

I took a failing child to Ridge and they worked with her one on one until her grades improved. Her overall morale improved. She stopped saying she couldn't do it and actually entered a contest to see who could get the highest grade. It's not a fancy place but they really do great things with the kids, especially teens. They hold classes outside, they take them to breakfast, they involve them in ways that larger schools couldn't do. There are no violence problems, no bullies and no racism. It's a good school for young children and a great school for teens.
