Heavenly Host Lutheran School Reviews
I have had my three children in HHLS in some form or fashion for 15 years. The HHLS Childhood Center has a full pre-school program. Starting at 12 months. My youngest son started at 12 months and is now in the 6th grade class. I have worked as a volunteer for the teachers, staff and parent association since day one. This school is blessed and directed by God. The teachers and staff are Godly men and women. Every single one of them chose to teach there even though the pay is less than it is in the public sector. Small teacher-student ratio gives the students who are gifted and those who struggle academically, a chance to thrive. If you are moving to Cookeville or thinking about transferring schools, please call and set up a tour of our school!
This is an awesome school. The class sizes are small. The teachers are caring an loving. My kids have formed important bonds with classmates an teachers that would not have happened in a public school setting. They have had more attention with their school subjects which is so nice comPared to public schools. It is a very nurturing christian environment I would definitely recommend this school to anyone.
Both my children went to are now going. My son was one of the first class to graduate the 8 grade and he loved the school had no trouble with high school and is now attending Tennessee Tech majoring in mechanical engeering and has a 3.2 gpa. My daughter is in the 8 grade and does real well she fill she is challenged to do her very bes in all subjects she is a member of the junior beta club. This school has been a blessing to my family when children can get a good eduacation and also learn about the love of christ is awsome.
