White Station Middle School Reviews
I truly enjoy this school and what it has to offer. It has lots of things to do like icecream parties, library lounge, etc.
very challenging but a good learning experience. best public school i have ever been in.
I strongly disagree with some previous comments. Just because you've heard things from your student doesn't mean its true. If homework is an issue, your child may not be ready for the White Station experience. White Station is the best school in the city of Memphis...
I think that white station is a very educational school. My child has learned more since he's been enrolled at the school. He's in the hearing impaired class and I love that the teacher's for improving hm in school as well as home thank you so much and keep up with the good work that you do for my son. Will be seeing you this upcoming year.
Although the school is great looking, it has some issues.
Mostly those issues are with teachers who seem not to want to be there, and should either retire or find another non teaching job. The quality of teachers was like night and day; some being so horrible, I couldn't believe they were teaching in the Optional program, the others just being superb, and more than willingly go out of their way to help students in any way. I was shocked at the comments my child and her friends told me that the teachers would say to the students, with some teachers using profanity, and some using ongoing verbal abuse.. The physical education classes sometimes sat in the bleachers all class period for punishment, or weren't allowed to drink water after exercise. Teachers that don't like students should not be teaching. Not to mention the amount of homework was just ridiculous, and overkill!
I hope to find another alternative for my child, even if I have to pay for private school!
