In my opinion, Middle School should be shut down completely! This is the worst school in Hardin County. Most of the teachers are awful. They are mean to the children. No wonder kids hate going to school. I would too if I were forced to sit in some of these teacher's classrooms. I will take my child out of school when she gets out of White's Elementary. One of the 8th grade teachers told a student that they were "not college material!" In 6th grade, the students are forced to read a book called "Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry." It is vulgar and violent. It is too explicit for a 12 year old to read. If a parent requests that a child not read this book, they are told they will get a zero. There is no working with the parents whatsoever. This school sets students up to fail!
