P & M Child Care Center
Loretta Jones: This preschool has been the start of all three of my grandchildren; the oldest is now 18 and the younger ones are 7 and 5 (soon to be 6) years of age. The things that the teachers instilled in them are more than you would expect from a "neighborhood" child care center. They took the time to teach them more than the reading and math curriculum; they taught them respect and love. The curriculum would surpass or equal some of the highly rated Montessori. The children were taught the basics, but they were also taught to count and speak other languages. To this date, the teachings that these three have received have continued to be with them even as they have moved on to other schools and learning centers. In 2010, my oldest grandson graduated #100 out of 789 after obtaining membership in the National Junior Honor Society and National Honor Society. My granddaughter and youngest grandson are the top achievers in their respective classes in Pre-K and 1st grade. The foundation that P&M Child Care taught to my grandchildren made this possible and I would highly recommend them.
