Busy Bee's Playhouse Reviews
I enrolled my son in Busy Bee's just before his second birthday. I had been on the waiting list for a while but it came at the perfect time as I was growing more frustrated with his in-home daycare provider. He has been at Busy Bee's for almost three years now and he loves it and so do we! He has had three different teachers all of whom have been very loving and nurturing with him. He has learned so much at Busy Bee's. They keep the kids moving all day with interactive games and learning activities. They have different themed play centers where the kids learn everything from puzzles and building to playing in the kitchen. They do science experiments and art projects. All of their activities are themed around a new letter each week. My son is more than ready to start kindergarten. I couldn't be happier with Busy Bee's!
We took our daughter here for daycare. We just pulled her from the school at seven months old. Last Monday I walked in to her eating crackers that they had dropped all over the floor and didn't clean up. Not only is it gross, but she cannot chew, and she is allergic to ingredients in the cracker. Three days later I picked her up and she was coughing and gagging. After about a half hour of this, she vomitted up a paper towel. They let her eat a papertowel! To top it off, they want us to still pay their three week notice policy because they say even though they voided one part of the contract (caring for my child) the rest of the contract is still intact. When I talked to the director about the crackers and the paper towel, she was extremely cheery, and completely indifferent about what happened. Apparently the risk of my child choking to death or having an allergic reaction is not a big deal to her.
