The Boyd School - Broadlands
I am actually rating The Boyd School - Broadlands location and find comments about the owner are on par from what I have read on other posts. The school owner MaryAnn Boyd and Tim ( maryann@theboydschool.com and tim@theboydschool.com) don't appear to be concerned with parental issues or providing an appropriate environment to foster childrens development. It appears to be all about the money. With a new Director that appears to be distanced from his staff, disorganized and unable to make changes within the organization, it appears that this is all being directed from the top. I have been having issues with the school not meeting expectations and inconsistencies with their education teaching methods. I withdrew my child prior to school starting this year because of this, but the school continues to make me pay for tuition of almost $900 a month (3 month requirement for withdrawal) even though the school takes no responsibility for addressing my concerns or questions or upholding their expectations when they make the school seem so appealing. I hope that many people speak out against this type of activity to create better environments for parents and children alike.
