Coeburn Primary Elementary School Reviews
I don't mind the noise level in the cafeteria. That should be the least of anyone's problems. This year there are no aides in the classroom. I mind that, especially for the little girl or boy who needs a little more attention to get the lesson and the teacher who can't slow down because she has 18 others in the room.
What I mind is the school having no set audiologist, yet several students are hearing impaired, and the person they are using for FM systems and hearing needs will have to travel over an hour away when services were offered by a dependable audiologist who could get to the schools within twenty minutes. That should be important to structural teaching time for that student, unless you're telling me they don't count.
Wise County School Board needs a complete overhaul and honest people.
I have been to this school to eat lunch with my step daughter and it is unreal. They are loud and up out of their seats all the time. There were children turning flips in the floor and yelling to the top of their lungs to the person sitting next to them. My children were with me and they said they never wanted to go there again. I'm looking into other schools because I teach them manners at the table and very few children there showed any manners at lunch time. My step daughter loves this school, but I'm unsure if I would want my children attending this school.
