You are not a school of Christ, rather a school of disgrace

By a Parent on

After seeing the story on the news and then hearing your statement, I am sure that your principle is probably not a good match for the principles you claim in your mission. Or is your mission just a feel good statement?

I will not pay for my grandchildren to attend your school next year.

You are not Christians

Reviewed on

Hey Timberlake Christian Schools...What would you have done with Saint Joan of Arc (yes...SAINT)?? She cut her hair short and dressed like a man, fighting as a soldier when that was not a "feminine" thing to do. When she refused to retract the assertion that it was the saints of God who had commanded her to do what she had done, she was condemned to death as a heretic, sorceress, and adulteress, and burned at the stake on May 30, 1431. She was ONLY nineteen years old. Some thirty years later, she was exonerated of all guilt and she was ultimately canonized in 1920, making official what the people had known for centuries.

You disgust me with what you are throwing out as "Christian or biblical values".  You show me just one biblical passage where it says that females cannot wear their hair short! You are hypocrites!

A False Shepherd Leading Our Lambs Astray

This school is hateful and discriminates against children based upon their looks. They are more worried about their image than their actual ministry. They claim to be Christians, but I wouldn't be surprised if the school denied Jesus Christ entrance if He tried enrolling, after all He spent time with adulterers and sinners and how would that look to the secular world?

Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit. Yes, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions.

Horrible representation of a Christian School

I am a Christian school grad. I am embarrassed to call myself that after I have read about your treatment of Sonnie. You are no better than the Pharisees Jesus spoke about. I think you need to check your Bible and read about the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus was the only man who would associate with “those people”. Christ is about grace and compassion. Christianity is not based off of your legalistic point of view. Christianity is not based off the judgment of other outside appearance its based off ones heart. I think you should leave it up the person without sin to cast judgment rather than looking at the spec in Sonnies eye. I hope this can get to a person with an open mind and stop the stigma that Christians have around the world. Christianity is about love. I guess your school missed that passage of the bible.

The absolute BEST Christ-centered educational program in the area; no emphasis on worldly programs to attrack enrollment; only a sincere Christ-centered program that is blessed by the ALMIGHTY GOD of the Universe.  This school is HIS and their staff and program proves it!  I dare anyone to prove otherwise. God even works through sinful failures such as me to Glorify His Holy name.
