I could not be more disappointed in this school.  My child has without a doubt been damaged by his teacher.  Her unhealthy need for attention/validation has put my child in danger.  This is not only my opinion but the opinion of our family physician and an independent counselor.

I have always felt very welcome at Lake Louise.  All 4 of my children have attended this elementary school.  I know that the teachers and staff are all looking out for my children and only want the best for them.  They want them to sucessful.  My only wish would be that there was more parent involvement.  The PTSA puts on several events all year that are very well attended, however you never see more than 5 parents at the PTSA meetings or that volunteer to help organize an event.

Lake Louise is a good school.  The principal and staff are always looking for ways to improve academics, discipline and extra-curricular aspects of their programs.  The teachers are dedicated and loving.  The PTA sponsors great activities throughout the year for families to  participate in like Dr. Seuss birthday party, kids night out, potato feed, family dance, donuts with dad, muffins with mom and lots more!

We have moved many times and been in many schools.  I hope we can stay at Lake Louise for a long time we really like it.

"They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm. Only bad thing is that parent involvement is not encouraged. Yet!!"
