Kessler Elementary School Reviews
The main draw for me to enroll my child into this school is the all day/5days a week kindergarden classes. This is very important to me due to my child was getting very bored with her previous school, the kindergardners went 2days a week full days and then every other wednesday a half day.
my oldest went to this school lasst year and she came out a head of her whole class it helps when you help the teachers teach your children it is not all up to the schools to do all the work they can only do so much my child went to sylvan and we had 1 hour a night of study time and with that said i think that this school did a great job on there part of teaching my child
All of my children have attended it has a few good staff, most staff are judgemental on your children because the area you live and are quick to make false reports to CPS and law enforcement. They do NOT know how to care for special needs children and the security and safety of your children are at risk due to low numbers of staff/children ratio. They also treat your child differently based on gender, race, and income and can't even prepare your child for testing due to the fact they don't have them at correct levels. If you can look past all that, they are in walking distance if you are one of the many who ship their children off by themselves in the morning. best of luck
