Review Bow Lake Elementary School
Recent Reviews
The kids have a very short lunch time and spend most of it practicing how to line up. By the time they get their food and sit down to eat, they’ve got 4-7 minutes before they have to clear up and stand in line again before being dismissed. Healthy food is optional for the kids, but every plate gets a hamburger, French fries and chocolate milk, or whatever highly-processed, white-flour-paste, meat-heavy food-substance they serve that day. My kid begged me to start packing her lunch because so that she’ll have time to eat and food she likes (VEGGIES!).
I am frustrated with this school. The kids are being under-served and under-educated. I am happy to be moving away from this district, though I’m sorry for the kids left behind.
