The Center School Reviews

By a Parent on

I sent my bright creative daughter to The Center School for her freshman year. I had expected it to be an artistic alternative to the sports driven larger Seattle schools. It turned out to have a very traditional curriculum with a very small budget. Really the worst of both worlds. Like many public schools there are a few wonderful and dedicated teachers but for the most part the teachers assigned a lot of busy work. My daughter was busy, but she didn't feel like she learned anything. The classwork was years behind the work she was required to do at her private school. I'm sending her back to private school.
