Nicholas County Career/Technical Center Reviews
Nicholas County Career/Technical Center gets "A" in my book!
Nicholas County/Technical Center provides a solid foundation for our children in ways of learning skill sets or a trade that is offered for the surrounding area high school aged children. They have a lot to offer students from learning to be a Sous Chef, Construction, and Engineering to name a few programs that is offered and rarely publicized. This school has given my child the tools to use upon graduation and increased job potential in the workforce. This is great for students who may not pursue a college degree anytime soon.
They are a close knit family and sees to it that every child has opportunities to use their new trade skill(s) if the child is willing to learn and work.
I only wish they would utilize public relations more effectively to educate the community and display teachers and students hard work. A student has an opportunity to compete in SkillsUSA and has done so in the past successfully representing Nicholas County/Technical Center, this has the potential to lead to scholarship opportunities for students. I cannot say enough of good positive things about this school except, THANK YOU!
i love going there for 3 years in construction
