Mabscott Christian Academy Reviews
ACE curriculum is a "self-taught" style of classroom. Students are supposed to read the pages and answer the questions. The "teachers" are really called "supervisors." Their professional job is to assist the students in finding their answers in their own book, and to provide them with whatever they need to do this. The biggest problem with the current students is that they lack self-motivation and must be spoon-fed page by page in order to acheive any grade at all. The parents who want a Christian education for their children are pleased with our school.
I am currently attending this school, and have been for a number of years. This year has been the worst by far.The teachers are more immature then the students, at times displaying arrogance that is beyond belief. They hardly do their job, preferring instead to look at their desks while ignoring the questions of students they do not like. Over the years I have realized the teachers aren't even equipped to teach, more than once has a senior student helped a younger classmate because the "teachers" do not know how to teach. Unless you wish to put your child through hell on Earth do NOT send them to this school.
I went to MCA for three years out of my school life pre-k, 3rd, and 5th those were the best school days ever. The teachers there are sooooo nice and very helpful once you attend MCA you become a part of that family.
