About This School
Alternative schools are public schools that offer nontraditional education for students whose needs cannot be met in a regular, special education, or vocational school. While alternative schools are distinct from regular, special education, and vocational schools in their teaching approach or classroom environment, they can provide similar services and/or curriculum for students. Alternative schools include schools for potential dropouts, residential treatment centers for substance abuse, schools for chronic truants, and schools for students with behavioral problems. See Board of Child Care's test results to learn more about school performance.
In 2011, Board of Child Care had 6 students for every full-time equivalent teacher. The West Virginia average is 14 students per full-time equivalent teacher.

My Rate on BCC School
I'm a Resident now, The school is absolutely crazy. There is residents running around, Teachers getting attitude, and the treatment isn't fair.
I was a student/resident at BCC Martinsburg from October 2006 to June 2008 and I benefitted greatly from Mr. Marra and Mr. Tratelli and I appreciate all their help.
