The Montessori teaching method offers the opportunity for all students to advance at their own pace, giving students the initiate to WANT to learn; get the next "presentation" and move ahead. They learn respect (for one another and for their surrounding), responsibility, and to work independently. This is a wonderful learning atmosphere and experience for them. Learning the basics of geometry from the git-go, along with other subjects they will face in later years, prepares them well for middle and high school years and beyond.
