River Heights Elementary School Reviews
The absolute biggest waste of time, energy and space! Stay away at all costs!
If you want your children treated as numbers instead of human beings, River Heights is for you! When the majority of the day is spent gallivanting around, not in gym class, and possibly an hour's worth of work taught by their "fourth grade buddies". I understand the concept of older kids helping younger kids, but time after time she has returned from school only to say, the teacher never showed, corrected or answered my questions. So I as a parent am left to do what she is supposed to be getting paid to do, but I don't mind because I love my child. But why am I paying for a glorified babysitter? Oh, and did I forget to mention that their definition of 'state standards' are so low, that if your child excels in a skill or subject, don't be surprised if it reverses or decelerates. It happened to my daughter, she said she wanted to be like everyone else. See how far that's gotten her.
Our works well at meeting the needs of all students.
