Meadowbrook Elementary School Reviews
Teachers are caring and have genuine interest helping children advance. Despite the budget cuts, they still maintain good programs. This happens because the principal, staff and PTA works together closely. Every year, we have a Spring blast fundraising. One year, we raised enough money that all classes have smart boards.
We have to leave this school because of job transfer. The year we left, they are starting a Lego club. The school works together with community and Waukesha high school. There are Spanish, Mad Science, Swimming club as after school program. Working with STEM school and Waukesha North HS, there are cheer leading, basket, science week, etc. not to mention Girl/Boy Scouts.
They have a good Gifted and Talented program that is tailored to the child needs. The teachers are easy to communicate and open to new ideas.
Parents are always welcome to volunteer or join the students for lunch. Parents are encourage to participate in the High Interest Day and PTA. Last day of school ends with a field day.
