Measures of Time
Time is measured in years, weeks, days, hours, minutes, and seconds ( Table 10.4 ).

Examples
Example 1
Change 5 years to months.
Solution 1
5 yr × 12 mo = 60 mo
Example 2
Change 3212 days to years.
Solution 2
3212 da ÷ 365 da = 8.8 yr
Example 3
Change 54 days to weeks (write the remainder in days).
Solution 3

54 days is equivalent to 7 weeks and 5 days.
