Children have many anxiety and fears. Separation anxiety is one of the first anxieties that young children have. As children grow, one fear may disappear or replace another. Some common fears are fear of strangers, heights, darkness, animals, blood, insects, and being left alone. Children's anxiety and fears are common but when it interferes with their daily life and academic performances then it should a concern.
