Standards L.2.1.b
4.3 based on 6 ratings

Is your child familiar with irregular plural nouns? These are nouns that can't be pluralized with just an "s" at the end. For some nouns, you have to add an extra "e" as in "tomatoes" or change the spelling of the last letter as in "leaves". And there are some that don't have an "s" at the end at all! Help your child figure out these tricky nouns with this worksheet that asks him to practice making irregular singular nouns plural. If he has trouble, it helps to say the plural form out loud.
