Heavy and Light: Practice Building Sentences
What do a heavy frog and a light frog have in common? They're both noun phrases that have adjectives in them. This four-page worksheet will help your first grader with his sentence building skills. He will first need to say the adjective out loud, and then write it down on the page. He will then add words to the phrase, so by the end of the worksheet he will build a simple sentence.
