Mindfulness, healthy eating, and regular exercise are all tools for resilience. In this lesson, students will learn about tools that can help them to build greater resilience and ease in their lives. 

Tools for Resilience

In this social emotional learning worksheet, fourth and fifth graders are guided to review curated articles to learn more about helpful and healthy tools that can lead to resilience: healthy eating, exercise, and mindfulness.
