Paint with Tissue Paper
Just about anyone would enjoy tissue paper painting, but this activity has been cultivated particularly with special needs children in mind. This colorful project encourages the development of your child's attention span, hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. She will be wowed by the beautiful blending of brightly colored tissue paper on her canvas, and will pride herself on her independence as she successfully creates a miniature masterpiece all by herself!
A quick word to the wise: use a plastic tablecloth or shower liner to protect the area your child is working in from spills.
