First, I am a mom of three awesome kids and a wife of one great husband! Next, I am a psychologist, author, consultant, and speaker, helping kids and adults recognize that they can have greater control over their emotional health and physical well-being. My goal is to provide a perspective and practical skills that allow others to balance life’s demands through adaptive coping strategies so you can truly value the positive aspects of life.
