Dear Catie:

the simple health measures work.  Wash hands, maintain good hygiene (shower), hydrate, eat well and get at this age 10 hours of sleep a night. Sunscreen and exercise are always important. Mental health issues relate to playing games, getting outside, and learning to swim.
