Generally the answer is yes but it depends on your particular state as to what the rules are.  Some states such require you to get your GED while others (such as California) require students under 18 to take a High School Equivalency Test.  You will have to check to see whether or not there are available test dates for whichever test you need. Admissions at most four year colleges are closed for the upcoming semester which means once you've passed the test you will want to enroll at either a junior college or community college.
