You simply stop. It is your choice not his.  Offer alternatives to nursing eg a stuffed animal etc.. then hug him when he completes his cup-not bottle. Of course, he will protest; however, it will be short lived and he will come around. Be firm and make the point that feeding takes place at the table and or high chair, not in mom's lap.
