Q:
My 3rd grader is failing, should I hold him back?
My child is failing 3rd grade and the school is talking about holding him back. I think he might have a learning disability, but will having him repeat a grade really help? And I thought that holding kids back would be a thing of the past now that RTI has been introduced in the school.
