No.  Age "requirements" are not optional or compromising.  However, your 4 year old may attend preschool, which will provide her necessary skills to be prepared to enter Kindergarten when she has met the requirements.

It depends on the cut off date. When I went to school the cut off date was in December so I was able to go to school when I was 4 because I turned 5 in November. Find out the cut off dates for your area.
