4 year old peer relationships
My 4 year old is very attached to one friend. He plays with others in small groups while away from preschool. Preschool is worried that he doesn't want to make other friends at school and gets emotional when his best friend wants to play with others. When I ask him about trying to play with other kids, he usually tells me they are mean.
