If you believe she is late due to lack of recalling her locker combination then perhaps having it written in several areas that she can easily be found would be helpful, including in her pocket on a laminated card or within a daily planner. Using photos may be helpful also if she is forgetting orientation for manipulating the combination itself.

If you believe this is a time management problem- then perhaps having a buddy system set up would be helpful.
