My 6th grade son was physically harmed today by another kid's parent on school grounds. Should the school be held somewhat responsible?
My son was leaving school today and got into a fight with another kid. The kid hit my son and my son hit back and then the kids father stepped in putting his hands around my son's neck screaming at him, you do not hit my son. The father let go of my son and then threatened him by saying, I will see you Monday kid!! This happened on school grounds and the principal says she cannot do anything!!
