8 year-old in 6th grade reading?
I am about to start homeschooling my 8 year-old nephew who is at a 6th grade reading level. Does anyone have any suggestions on books for him? He is into science fiction, etc. I don't want something that is too mature for him, but I want something that keeps him interested.

My 8 yr old reads at a 5th grade level so I understand your dilemma. Our local library is the best resource for age appropriate material for young advanced readers. And it's a free resource!
