Classroom action research is a teaching development process The teachers examine their own educational practice systematically and carefully using the techniques of research It also makes the teachers be aware the important of classroom action research in managing their teaching more qualified. The development process is conducted by studying the students learning process in relation with the teaching and learning process. It is a way for the teachers to discover what works best in their own classroom teaching. The study can be done by investigating the problem and doing intervention to improve the problem. Therefore, it is very important to develop teacher's culture in doing research as the part of teaching process to make a continuous quality improvement in teaching.
