This is an interesting question... I suppose a child with ADHD within the classroom may need to have some accommodations, such as being allowed to stand or take more frequent breaks than peers.  There are many in class suggestions that are on websites such as http://www.CHADD.org

However, if your question is asking about how ADHD affects a teacher... well, this poses a different scenario.  If you have concerns about your child's teacher please feel free to talk with the staff at the school, such as the guidance counselor or the teacher her/him-self.
