My daughter and I both remember seeing a really cute craft made by bending a coat hanger into the appropriate shape, then tying bundles of yarn to it to make a "puppy". People made them in school colors or in natural colors for decorations. We cannot find anyone who remembers how to make them. Any "puppy" experts?

Go to the library and look for books by Joseph Leeming. He did a lot of "fun with..." books and you may find your project there.
