You may want to consider the Building Excellent Schools Fellowship, a grant program that helps you to start your own charter school. You can check out more about the program on the following website:

Starting a Charter School is a wonderful use of your talent and skill. Although there are a lot of steps involved, you can find a number of resources to help you get started. Also, depending on where you live, you can find resources on your state's deaprtment of education website that provide information on the paperwork and other requirements.

Organizations like the US Charter Schools (http://www.uscharterschools.org/pub/uscs_docs/r/startup.htm) and (http://www.cacharterschools.org/Resources/starting.html) also provide a ton of resources and support. Good luck with this!
